How can I see the doors before I buy?
As we are an online retailer we do not have a showroom. We offer a full range of sample doors for you to try and test in your own home, prior to ordering a kitchen.
How do I measure my existing kitchen doors?
Measuring the back of your kitchen door record the size from top to bottom and then left to right.
How do I measure the hinge holes?
Using your existing kitchen door, measure form the top of the door to the centre of the hinge holes and record.
How do I provide the specification required for drilling a handleless door?
Record if each door is part of a base unit or a wall unit and then note which side of the door the hinge holes are on (this is the handing).
Understanding end panels
End panels are generic to wall ends, base ends and tall ends of your kitchen. You will find that this may be slightly larger to enable all customer to cut to size.
Do you offer a design service?
Yes, you can send us your plan via the upload tool on our website. It is important that any measurements you send in your plan are double checked prior. As our designers will use these dimensions to plan your dream kitchen.
Can I buy cabinets without kitchen doors and visa versa?
You are free to buy anything on our website.
What about handles for the kitchen doors?
We have a great selection of handles in our “store”, if ordered all handles are supplied loose. We do not fit or drill handle holes.
Do you have a minimum order value for a kitchen?
We have no minimum order value on our website. However orders under £300 will incur a delivery charge.
Can I change my quote for a different kitchen range?
Yes, if you have simply request a quote we are able to amend up until your confirmation.
How many years guarantee comes with my kitchen?
Our Kitchen doors come with a 6 year guarantee and our cabinets come with a reassuring 10 year guarantee. It is important that you follow our door care guide in order to get longevity out of your kitchen.
Are instructions for fitting the kitchen units and doors included?
No fitting instructions are supplied, however any competent kitchen fitter will be able to fit our kitchen units.
Housing for appliances and fridge freezers.
Our appliance housings have adjustable shelving in order to house any appliances you wish to fit within. The door combinations are then dependant on what configuration you choose. See our door combination
specification to find the correct combo for your appliances.
What should I do when I receive my order?
You are required to inspect your delivery on arrival. Should any obvious damage be apparent at this point you should sign with the delivery driver as damage identified. You should also check you have received all your products. Should you find any damage or missing items please contact us immediately stating the product missing or damaged. We will be happy to issue a replacement . You must report any damages or shortfalls within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence.
Can I return my goods?
You may only return goods that have not been drilled or hand painted. Any products returned must be returned in resaleable condition (including packaging).
Will our details be passed on or sold to third parties?
No. Your details are only used by us, we will not pass on or sell any information to a third party.
